Designs are refined, ideas are explored and costings are carefully prepared. We’ll make as many changes as needed to get everything perfect, including the layout, the inclusions and the budget.

Once the design is right, we’ll prepare your detailed quote. This includes all requested refinements and adjustments, ensuring transparency and confidence before any financial commitment is made.

After a small deposit, we begin formal documentation, including working drawings, engineering, contracts and approvals. We’ll also help guide you through interior, exterior and product selections in preparation for council permit lodgement.

You’ll meet the site team and stay involved throughout the build. Regular walkthroughs and clear updates keep things on track. When it’s ready, we’ll hand you the keys to a home built to last.
